Product conditions:

All items are guaranteed brand new. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the boxes the items are in will be in mint condition.

We often receive items direct from manufacturers and distributors that have been packed with little or no protection, resulting in minor dents or imperfections in the packaging. All items are left sealed and inspected visually as best as we can before shipping out.

Payment Methods:

For the moment, we kindly prefer and accept Paypal as a form of payment.

If interested in other forms of payment such as personal checks, money orders / cashiers checks, and bank / wire transfer, please contact us for details. Please note that merchandise will not ship out until payment clears.

Shipping:

All items will ship either by UPS ground or USPS priority mail within 2-3 business days except Saturday and Sunday. International orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail International. A tracking number will be provided for UPS shipped items.

All items will be insured for the purchased price. If damage occurs to the actual item during shipping please notify us within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the shipping provider. Please note we can not guarantee that boxes will be in mint condition.

We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for orders that require multiple shipments, with excessive weight, are considered "oversized," or are being sent to remote areas where shipping rates are higher than normal such as HI, AK, PR. Please contact us before purchasing to get shipping estimate if needed.

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to any packages that are refused at the time of arrival

All items are packaged carefully for their protection. We do visually inspect all items prior to shipping. Items that are sealed are left sealed and are inspected as best as possible.

International Customers:  A copy of the invoice will be included in the package. All items will be declared for what they are and what they have sold for. Please note that many countries charge import duties on merchandise purchased from other countries.  Showpiece Collectibles will not be responsible for any tariffs/taxes/delays incurred by the customs system in your country.

If interested in any other immediate express delivery, please contact us for any additional charges and we would be happy to accommodate your needs.

Privacy Statement:

We highly respect your privacy!

All collected information will be kept strictly confidential and will never be in any way shared or sold. Information provided is only used internally to process and ship your orders and to keep you updated via email of new products arrivals and news of any upcoming items.

Any information you provide us will absolutely be kept private. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items require a 10% non-refundable deposit. Pre-orders may be canceled but deposits will not be reimbursed and will be considered as restocking fee. A full refund will only be given in the event that the manufacturer or distributor has canceled the product.

Pre-order items will ship immediately once product arrives. Please be aware that dates are subject to change based on manufacturer. You will be informed by email of any news and updates concerning the products release date.

Once pre-ordered items arrive, an email notification will be sent to inform you that your order has arrived and ready to ship. An invoice will be sent to you through Paypal for the remaining balance of the item (item price minus deposit) along with the shipping charges. Once fully paid, your item will ship immediately.

Orders will be filled based on earliest order date through the most recent.  We do our best not to oversell pre-order items.

Payment must be made within 14 days, once invoice of remaining balance is sent.  If payment is not made within 14 days your order will be considered as a canceled order.

Legal Disclaimer:

Certain items such as props and replicas are strictly sold mainly for the purpose of display and/or collecting. By purchasing these items, the buyer agrees:

1. Us the seller is in no way responsible for any misuse of the item which may result or any damages from its possession.
2. That he/she has taken the responsibility to check if it’s legal for this item to be shipped to their location.

Note: Showpiece Collectibles, LLC assumes no liability regarding product safety. Any questions or complaints should be directed to the individual manufacturers.

The replicas and props that we carry are intended only for display and/or collecting purposes. Showpiece Collectibles is not responsible for misuse of any item. The buyer releases the seller of any responsibility or liability of the misuse of any product purchased.

It is your responsibility to know and comply with any state or local laws. Purchase of products implies agreement to the above statements.
